Return Policy

We ask that you please read and understand our Return Policy. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns before purchasing.

Items can be returned within 7 days from the date your items are delivered or picked up in store. Items must be in *original condition within 7 days to receive an exchange or store credit. DISCOUNTED/ SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

 

Please note, returns may take 2-5 business days to process from date of arrival. When returning, please securely pack and seal returned items with the invoice included in an appropriate shipping box or envelope as we are not liable for packages we do not ship ourselves. Blossom Me Boutique does not provide shipping labels for returns. Original invoice must be in included in your return packages.

*Original condition: Items that have NOT been worn, altered or washed with all original tags attached.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once your package leaves our shipping department, Blossom Me Boutique is not held responsible for errors made within the shipping service, provided by USPS. We do not refund nor send replacements for items that are marked "delivered", become lost or stolen in the mail, or damaged during transit.  Blossom Me Boutique will not refund nor replace any items that are shipped to an incorrect address at the fault of the buyer. Same goes for any order placed with standard shipping, that become lost or stolen. Once it is out of ours hands we have no control.
